These terms govern use of FLS Harness, the private operator console for the Fidelity Ladder
System at harness.n8plusus.com, operated by Metatoy LLC (Minnesota,
USA). By signing in, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not sign in.
1. What this service is
FLS Harness is an internal engineering tool. It lets a named operator review and govern
automated software work: approving or rejecting proposals, setting budgets and policy, and stopping
work in progress. It is offered free of charge, by invitation, for that purpose alone.
2. Who may use it
Access is restricted to operators on an explicit allow-list maintained by Metatoy LLC. You may
sign in only with an account that belongs to you, and only if your identity appears on that list.
You must be at least 16 years old.
You are responsible for the security of the account you sign in with. Tell us promptly at
deals@metatoy.com if you believe it has been compromised.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- attempt to access any account, data, or part of the system you are not authorised to reach;
- probe, scan, or test the security of the service, or circumvent any authentication,
rate limit, or budget control;
- use the service to build, host, or distribute unlawful or infringing material;
- interfere with the service's operation, or place an automated load on it beyond ordinary
interactive use;
- share your access, or any non-public information you obtain through it, with anyone who is
not an authorised operator.
4. Your decisions are recorded
Actions you take here are written into a permanent record, attributed to you. This is the
service's purpose, not a side effect. Do not use it if you are not willing to have your decisions
attributed and retained. Approvals you grant can cause automated systems to spend money and to
change software; exercise them accordingly.
5. Availability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. There is no uptime commitment and no support
obligation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it, or take it down entirely, at any
time and without notice.
6. Ownership
The Fidelity Ladder System engine is published separately under the MIT licence; these terms do
not restrict your rights under that licence. This hosted instance, its configuration, and its data
remain the property of Metatoy LLC. Nothing here grants you a licence to our trademarks.
7. Termination
We may withdraw your access at any time, for any reason, without notice — for example by
removing you from the allow-list. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections 4, 8, 9 and
10 survive termination.
8. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any
kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a
particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, secure,
or error-free, or that any output produced through it is correct or suitable for any purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Metatoy LLC will not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or
business, arising out of or relating to your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability
relating to the service will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not
allow these exclusions, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to its
conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota have
exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under them.
11. Changes
We may revise these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this
page and notified to current operators by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means
you accept the revised terms.

Our handling of personal information is described in the
Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
